Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a pixel on the Monolith canvas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
2. Pixel Ownership
Each pixel costs US$10 (CA$14.00 CAD, US$10.00 USD, or £8.00 GBP), payable via Stripe. Upon successful payment, your selected coordinate is permanently claimed and displayed on the shared canvas. Ownership is irreversible — pixels cannot be refunded, transferred, or removed once claimed.
3. Content Guidelines
You agree that your owner name, company name, logo, description, and website link must not contain:
- Illegal, hateful, or harassing content.
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
- Sexually explicit or graphic material.
We reserve the right to remove or replace content that violates these guidelines. In such cases, the pixel remains claimed but the offending content may be blanked or replaced with a neutral placeholder.
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the permanent and irreversible nature of pixel ownership, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for successful purchases. If a payment fails or a pixel is not successfully claimed due to a conflict, you will not be charged or will receive a full refund.
6. The Vault
Each pixel purchase includes participation in the Vault, a prize pool that grows with every claim. Vault payouts are subject to the rules displayed on the Lucky Wall. We reserve the right to modify payout mechanics with prior notice. No purchase is necessary to participate — alternative entry methods may be available upon request.
7. Referral Program
Verified referral codes grant a 20% discount on pixel purchases. Referral rewards are tracked and credited to verified referrers. We reserve the right to revoke referral codes that are abused or fraudulently generated.
8. Limitation of Liability
The canvas is provided "as is." We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or third-party actions. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your pixel(s).
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the canvas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
